No matter what your objectives as a blogger are, you have to think in terms of traffic and visitors. In today's post I will tell you 75 traffic generation techniques that I learned while blogging.Here is the list-
- Do a solid keyword research before writing your posts.

- Be a guest-poster in a bigger blog of your niche.
- Do some more guest posting.
- Network with other fellow bloggers.
- Announce your new blogs from your existing related blog.
- Exchange posts with like minded fellow bloggers.
- Be active in well trafficked forums in your niche.
- Leave your link in signature in forums.
- Be helpful and ask questions in forum.
- Write unique articles in forums.
- Give a viral ebook for free with free give away rights.
- Place a "tell a friend" script at the bottom of your posts.
- Give away free ebooks to some one who uses "tell a friend" script.

Thanks for these great tips! I am doing my dissertation on social networking and hadn't yet heard of some of these sites. I have bookmarked your site on Digg, but did not see a RSS feed for your site. Isn't that another good way to generate traffic? Thanks for sharing!

You subscribe to the feeds via email.the subscription form is right on the top of the sidebar.I think you didn't see it because I haven't used the orange button to gra your attention.

Very nice list! May I suggest that you also use Facebook as a great social networking place? (or did you mention that one already?)
If i may add that, your post is worthy but there are a few points to note down. Digg & Stumbleupon doesn't really allow you to post your own site links.. sooner or later they ban the site from sending the urls. Also can make use of RSS feeds since it goes everywhere.

I'd also like to add LinkedIn as a great place to find people in your industry or blog subject area and lead them to your posts from relevant discussion groups. You have to get involved though - which should be of interest anyway if you're writing about something you're passionate about. Otherwise you may be seen as a blatant spammer..

Wow this is a huge list. One question, If you make HubPages, you still need to promote the HubPages right? Otherwise it's quite useless.

I like how you have made a list as it can be easily followed. Have you had a look at ping.fm?
It is a site that you link all your social media/networking sites to and can update all of them from your dashboard with just a click of a button.
